What You Will Be Working On On a day-to-day basis, you will support all technical components of each event and assist with general day to day venue support. Your responsibilities will include assisting with planning and executing the technical and non-technical aspects of room setups and virtual events, supporting the Venue Support Technician with the daily operation of the venue and assisting clients and instructors with their requests during their events to ensure a remarkable experience is brought to life. What Type Of Person Will Be Successful To succeed in this role, you will have basic, hands-on IT technical experience ideally gained within corporate events focused on AV or hardware. Experience in hospitality or fast-paced customer service environment is also an advantage. In addition, you will demonstrate: Experience working with Windows operating systems A basic understanding of audio-visual fundamentals and technologies Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills and a customer service focus Ability to work well in a team environment Calmness under pressure, and able to make intelligent and effective decisions Ability to work unsupervised as part of an overall teach to achieve the end goals Be physically fit and able to perform corporate event room setup How To Apply We are growing the team and we would love to learn more about you.
