Our Northern Region Infrastructure Services division is now seeking a results-driven EZ Street Manager based in Eight Mile Plains, QLD. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the EZ Street business in the Northern Region. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing all aspects of production, packaging operations, and quality assurance. Managing operating systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives Leading monthly profit and loss (P&L) reviews and financial performance analysis. Driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets across South-East QLD and Northern QLD. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and delivery. About You: Proven management experience integrating production, sales, and client relationship functions (experience in construction materials, asphalt, bitumen, or related industries highly regarded). Demonstrated success in sales management and business development, with strong customer-centric approach. Strong financial acumen, including hands-on experience with monthly P&L analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels. Proficiency in systems thinking, process improvement, and operational efficiency. A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout the region as required.
