Purpose: The Social Media Officer is responsible for the overall management of Randwick City Council's social media channels consistent with Council's Social Media Strategy. The role develops effective social media strategies and content to enhance Council's overall brand, customer satisfaction and to effectively engage with the local community about Council services, activities and projects. Thing you will do: Develop engaging and creative communication content specific for social media to achieve Council's objectives. Administer Council's Social Media Policy and provide internal training. Develop a Social Media Strategy. Develop, create and track metrics for each social channel About you: Creativity and the ability to produce digital content, including photography and videography for social media. Experience managing social media channels for medium-large government, not-for-profit or private businesses.
