We keep communities connected. The Senior Developer will play a key leadership role for a series of JAMS implementors. JAMS implementers take the application and configure the existing system to meet the client requirements. This position will help operationalise and maintain data systems (e.g., ERP and SharePoint), ensuring alignment with reporting and business improvement initiatives across the Utilities Division Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time Location: Brisbane, QLD Reporting Line: Head of Business Performance Solutions Key responsibilities: Manage documentation and training materials aligned to the new systems development. Lead, maintain and roll out the contract Risk management and risk aggregation process for the Utilities Group. Lead the development and maintenance of Delivery Central SharePoint sites and lists, workflows, and document libraries to enable performance tracking and governance. Support the PMO strategic direction with critical insights and data visualisation. Support continuous improvement initiatives and workshops across contracts. Collaborate with the Business Performance team to support date insights enabling the implementation of business performance frameworks and tools. Support the development of AI interfaces with Delivery Central execution frameworks. Analyse contract performance, cost recovery, and delivery trends to identify insights, risks, and opportunities for business improvement. Experience required Experience leading development teams Enterprise Asset Management and workorder management Systems Hands-on experience with job scheduling, asset management, and financial integration. Familiarity with Mobile InField Solutions and XML web services for automated data transfer. SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Proficiency in Visual Studio for SSRS report development and maintenance. Ability to manage upgrades from legacy versions (e.g., SQL Server 2012) to modern platforms. Low-Code Development Platforms Experience building model-driven applications using Microsoft Power Apps . Knowledge of Power Platform governance and integration with AI tools like Copilot . AI and Automation Tools e xposure to Copilot Studio and AI agents for process automation and knowledge management. Understanding of AI-driven business improvement strategies. Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) Strong grasp of secure coding practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments. Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 standards for software development security. Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and business performance. Knowledge of ERP systems in relation to financial, project, or contract performance. Hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Automation, Power Query, and data modelling. Proficiency in SharePoint Online for workflow automation, content management, and user interface design. Exposure to financial processes such as cost control, budgeting, forecasting, or performance analysis. Knowledge of Risk management frameworks aligned to ISO 31000. Proven ability to work across business functions and with technical and operational stakeholders. Qualifications required Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Commerce, or related field. Microsoft certifications or professional development in Power BI or SharePoint (desirable). Lean or continuous improvement methodology knowledge (desirable).
