Company : Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd What you’ll be doing Hastings Deering is looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our Rockhampton Branch. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role. As a Parts Interpreter you will: Provide a high-level service to customers to efficiently manage their parts queries, requests and quotes Utilise your analytical ability to review CAT resourcing for confirmation of correct part numbers to complete orders Manage an efficient phone service, answering all calls and providing a professional and effective customer experience Perform administrative and cash management practices including receipting of cash, cheque and credit card payments Provide timely responses to customer order status requests, ensuring lead times are effectively communicated Identify opportunities to -up-sell parts consumables including fluids, tools, accessories, & novelties Who are we and why work with us? About you: Knowledge of CAT and associated products, parts and services is desirable Forklift Licence desirable Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Intermediate computer skills Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously Proven self-motivation skills with the ability to gain an understanding of the business systems that we operate High level of attention to detail Well-developed verbal and written communication skills Previous warehouse experience would be desirable Interested?
