About the role: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements. Conduct workshops and meetings to gather and document business processes and objectives. Design Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and best practices. Configure Salesforce features, including workflows, process automation, custom objects, and reports. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions. Create user documentation and training materials. Monitor and maintain Salesforce systems to ensure optimal performance. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement improvements. Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with organizational policies and industry regulations. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to recommend enhancements. Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or similar role. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or other Salesforce solutions. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
