An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our friendly team on a full-time basis. This role would be ideal for a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth with on-site accommodation available at a reduced cost allowing the right candidate to live and work on-site. If you are passionate about tourism, travel, and events, this could be your next big adventure! Full training will be provided to the right candidate. Your day-to-day impact You will spend your days: Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries. Managing reservations, payments, and guest accounts efficiently. Supervising and supporting front office team members, ensuring smooth operations. Providing local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Handling guest concerns professionally, resolving issues or escalating as needed. Liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service. Maintaining front desk procedures, security protocols, and office administration tasks.
