We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to support a high-volume contact centre delivering essential community services. This is a full-time, short-term contract suited to candidates with strong call centre experience who can commit for the full assignment. Location: Logan Central, QLD Job Type: Temporary | Full-time (38 hrs/week) Contract Dates: 12 January – 19 March 2026 with potential extension Pay Rate: $39/hr PAYG | $43.29/hr ABN Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, in person, and digital channels Resolve enquiries at first point of contact using established systems and knowledge bases Process payments and maintain accurate customer records Manage escalations professionally and within service standards Support multiple service areas in a fast-paced environment Skills and Experience Minimum 2 consecutive years’ experience in a contact centre or call centre role Government or public sector contact centre experience highly regarded Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service judgement, empathy, and active listening Confident using CRM systems, databases, and MS Office Able to work under pressure and follow structured processes Requirements Full availability for the first 4 weeks (no leave) Australian work rights Ability to attend an in-person interview Two recent employer references required Further information provided upon request.
