Provide enterprise-level of governance, risk and compliance oversight and advice across Jacana Energy. Reporting to the Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance, the role oversees risk, compliance and governance frameworks, partners with leaders to drive assurance and risk maturity, delivers independent reporting to senior leadership, the Board and regulators, provides governance oversight of procurement and contract management practices, and promotes a strong risk and compliance culture.
