As a Lifestyle Officer, you'll be the heart of the fun—creating meaningful moments and uplifting experiences for our residents through engaging leisure and lifestyle activities. No two days are the same as you help bring smiles, laughter, and connection to those in our care. You'll tailor activities to suit individual interests and care plans, all while supporting a warm, inclusive environment that reflects Apollo Care's commitment to holistic, resident-centred care. Key Responsibilities Design and implement individual and group leisure activities that cater to residents' needs, abilities, and interests Develop and maintain personalized lifestyle care plans Engage with residents and their families to create a sense of belonging and inclusion Collaborate with the Lifestyle Team and care staff to support the holistic well-being of residents Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards Maintain secure and accurate care records Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Lifestyle Officer in aged care.
