This role goes beyond traditional property management - you'll drive innovation, foster collaboration, and ensure service excellence for our clients and their communities The Opportunity Manage a mixed-use commercial/retail portfolio of PLACE MANAGEMENT NSW owned properties Provide lease management and tenancy schedule services, including billings, outgoings recoveries, and sundry charges Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant details and lease documentation Negotiate and draft commercial lease renewal terms and present to clients for approval Conduct tenant arrears control and communicate with tenants as required Review and approve monthly rent ups and dispatch tax invoices Ensure compliance with tenant lease obligations and PMNSW policies About You Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License; tertiary qualifications in property-related discipline preferred.
