Restaurant Manager – Broken Hill Hotel (Kalgoorlie, WA) Full-Time | Hospitality & Tourism | Management The Broken Hill Hotel in Kalgoorlie is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. We are a busy local venue known for quality food, great service, and a friendly atmosphere. About the Role The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, working closely with both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure efficient service and a positive dining experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities Planning menus in consultation with Chefs Planning and organising special functions and events Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods in line with budget requirements Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and presentable Conferring with customers to assess satisfaction with meals and service Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff May take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders as required Skills & Experience Required Minimum 3 years’ experience in a restaurant management or senior hospitality role Strong leadership and staff management abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with stock control, ordering, budgeting, and operational oversight Knowledge of WA food safety and health regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example Professional, reliable, and hands-on approach Employment Details Position: Full-time (38 hours per week) Location: Broken Hill Hotel, Kalgoorlie, Western Australia Salary: $76,515 per annum How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter to brokenhillhotel@outlook.com
