THE ROLE: As a Novated Leasing Specialist at Remunerator, you are more than a consultant, you are a financial concierge. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding existing and prospective customers through the process of novated leasing for their car. You will manage the end-to-end journey of establishing a novated lease, from initial quotation and education and vehicle sourcing to final contract execution; while providing a seamless, premium service experience. Managing a busy pipeline, you will take ownership of vehicle sourcing, financial quoting, and the final execution of lease agreements. This involves liaising with dealerships and credit providers to secure optimal terms while maintaining strict compliance with ATO regulations. Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to): Sell novated leases and related products through inbound leads, managing the end-to-end customer journey from initial enquiry and quotations to credit applications and vehicle delivery Identifying sales opportunities from the existing client’s database Meet individual monthly sales budgets Keeping accurate records of sales activities within the CRM and reporting all settlements within required timeframes ABOUT YOU: You’re a collaborative, customer-focused professional who enjoys working as part of a team. You bring a passion for sales and a positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate persuasively. While previous experience in novated leasing or financial services is a bonus, it’s your drive, resilience, and willingness to learn that will set you apart. You thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, embrace feedback, and are organised and confident in managing multiple priorities.
