Provide contract and project management for repairs, maintenance and refurbishments of urban and remote housing assets within the region, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory regulations while maintaining cultural sensitivity in communication to key community, government and non-government organisations, stakeholders and tenants. Selection will be made at the T6 or AO7 level depending on the qualifications of the successful applicant.n
