Take direction from the National Clinical Operations Manager & Executive General Manager to appropriately lead, monitor, and support both clinical and operational staff team members to ensure safe, high quality, efficient, effective and integrated services which meets participant and organisational needs. Manage financial performance of the region. Ensure company brand and reputation is upheld and good external relationships are maintained. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, service standards and contractual obligations. Encourage a culture of learning and collaboration in line with Better Rehab’s values. Identify hiring needs in line with workflow demands and participate in the recruitment process of new personnel. Effectively manage all incidents and complaints. About you You are passionate about making a difference! You have relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy or Psychology. 6 years’ experience clinical experience in your relevant profession. Previous management or leadership experience within the healthcare sector essential. You embody Better Rehab’s values. You are a people person and want to be a part of something bigger. Experience within the NDIS highly desireable. You have your own car and valid driver’s licence.
