Key Areas of accountability Key Result Areas Deliverables/ Accountabilities Campaign Coordination & Briefing · Translate campaign briefs into executable workflows and technical requirements · Define campaign objectives, audience logic, offer constructs, and timelines · Ensure campaign requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with business goals · Take the campaign to Flybuys Governance forum for approval Targeting & Segmentation Setup · Build and validate campaign targeting logic (Adobe Campaign), including complex segmentation rules and exclusions · Ensure compliance with data privacy, opt-outs, and targeting guidelines · Coordinate approvals for audience segmentation and sizing Campaign execution · Develop and implement personalized email campaigns using Braze, including: o Writing and maintaining custom HTML/CSS for email templates o Applying Liquid logic for dynamic content blocks, conditional rendering, and personalization o Building reusable and scalable modular templates to support campaign efficiency and consistency · Integrate creative assets, copy, and offer constructs into Braze campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign briefs and brand guidelines · Configure campaign workflows, triggers, and delivery settings within Braze to support lifecycle and one-off campaigns · Collaborate with the Creative Studio to translate design concepts into responsive, code-based email templates · Conduct comprehensive QA testing across multiple devices and email clients to validate rendering, content accuracy, audience logic, and tracking parameters · Coordinate test sends and final stakeholder approvals, ensuring all legal, brand, and technical requirements are met prior to launch Campaign reporting and optimization · Schedule and launch campaigns, ensuring deliverability and send-time requirements are met · Monitor campaign and flag any delivery or tracking issues · Work with internal teams to resolve campaign related issues Knowledge, Skills & Experience Knowledge / Skills/Experience and Qualifications Skills & Experience · Proficiency in Braze, including: o Coding emails using HTML/CSS and Liquid script o Implement dynamic content, personalisation and conditional logics o Building and maintaining modular, reusable templates to support scalable campaign execution, ensuring cross compatibility on various email clients such as Outlook, Apple Mail; devices such as iOS, Android; and webmail such as Gmail and Outlook Mail o Configuring campaign workflows, triggers, and delivery logic within Braze · Build email campaigns and content · Support BAU email development for complex campaigns and journeys · Expert in email testing tools (e.g. Litmus, Email on Acid) · Experience in lifecycle campaigns and journey building · Experience with Adobe Campaign (desirable) · Proven ability to execute QA processes, including rendering validation across devices, audience logic testing, and tracking setup Competencies · Set up and deploy campaigns and automated journeys in Braze · Use segmentation, triggers, and audience logic to personalise messages · Test, QA, and optimise campaign performance across devices and inboxes · Ability to manage multiple campaigns with competing deadlines Behaviors · Attention to details and process discipline · Strong organisation and coordination skills · Proactive · Ability to work with occasional ambiguity · Problem solving · Team orientated
