In this role, you’ll lead and mentor a dedicated team, ensure compliance with childcare legislation, and create culturally respectful learning environments for children and families. You’ll work closely with the Child Care Coordinator to plan and deliver programs aligned with the National Quality Standards, Early Years Learning Framework, and Aboriginal 8 Ways of Learning.
