You need to be meeting people, getting your face out there in front of potential investors and meeting your clientele - You will be working with inbound leads, OFI data and proactively working your natural networking abilities. Role Ideals / What you need to bring to the table : - Certification of Registration or Class 2 Licence - Thick skin, it's a sales role, you need to be able to handle pushback and not take it too personally - Motivated, the ability to chase a lead, proactively look for opportunities and be switched on to what your clientele are doing - Industry experience, ideally you are coming across from a property officer / property manager / support role-type with an understanding of the industry and how it works - Previous industry experience in a similar role would be fantastic! - Eager to learn, you might not have all the skills and abilities yet, BUT you back yourself and know that with the right training you would excel - Excellent communicator, you're comforting talking with people, identifying needs, finding solutions, and selling the benefits of the services offered Duties / What your Day-to-Day will look like : - Growing the existing portfolio of residential properties managed - Attending Sales Open Inspections - Attending Sales and Property Management meetings - Prospecting, both cold and warm calling to potential clients - Meeting with potential investors / clientele and selling the benefits of your services - Keeping up to date with market trends, local hot spots and industry relevant information - Client/Database management, building rapport and strong relationships with potential and exisiting clients - Marketing / promoting your services and brand to potential clients - Creating and presenting proposals to potential and exisiting clients - Negotiating contracts and terms with new clients Next steps?
