We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Facility Manager to lead the operations of a 70-bed residential aged care home. This is a key leadership role with a leading not-for-profit aged care provider who genuinely invests in their people. About the Role As Facility Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the clinical, operational, and financial performance of the facility. You will lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care while fostering a collaborative.
