Duties Be the welcoming face of the office - deliver professional, courteous reception and front desk services, ensuring every visitor and caller is connected to the right person or information with ease and respect for diverse backgrounds. Deliver high-quality administrative support - manage correspondence, records, data entry, reports, mail, invoices, bookings, and supplies, while assisting with projects and maintaining tidy, well-organised workspaces. Support meetings and events - handle room bookings, setup and pack-down, guest refreshments, tech support, catering, and distribution of materials to ensure smooth and professional experiences. Champion collaboration, confidentiality, and inclusion - assist colleagues during busy periods, maintain accurate logs and internal resources, escalate concerns appropriately, and uphold values of diversity, human rights, and cultural respect. Skills And Requirements Qualifications & Experience - Certificate in Business Services (or equivalent experience) with at least 12 months in an administrative, customer-facing role. Customer Service Excellence - Strong focus on delivering positive client experiences, identifying customer needs, and managing expectations with professionalism and empathy. Technical & Digital Proficiency - Confident using software including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and client databases. Communication & Coordination Skills - Effective written and verbal communication, ability to prioritise tasks, manage interruptions, and work independently with minimal supervision.
