About the Role From our state-of-the-art facilities in the Yarra Valley, our Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) plays a pivotal role in ensuring Chandon's operations run safely, sustainably, and efficiently, meticulously maintaining our mechanical systems whilst upholding our brand standards. Responsibilities: · Perform maintenance activities to ensure safe, sustainable, efficient, and cost-optimized operations. · Conduct maintenance administration, including accurate record-keeping in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and inventory audits. · Execute maintenance plans, perform fault finding, and prioritize breakdown responses to ensure high-quality work. · Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to engineering projects with a focus on safety and environmental performance. · Demonstrate strong commitment and leadership in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) practices. Requirements: · Tertiary qualified or trades background with at least 3 years of experience in Maintenance & Technical Skills. · Proficiency in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. · Computer literate with experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) being an advantage. · Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. · A strong commitment to HSEQ leadership and compliance with integrated management systems.
