From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok. Responsibilities - Achieve sales targets and execute efficiently to achieve pipeline goals. - Drive new large indie media agency partnerships through navigating through agency's complex organization. - Proactively build and maintain good relationships with media and platform partners to help enhance the company’s brand and industry influence. Take the initiative to identify new cooperation opportunities in the industry and promote business development. - Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure that business development aligns with the cutting-edge direction of AI technology and user acquisition strategies. Minimum Qualifications - 3 years of business development (BD) experience in media agency or digital advertising business. - English proficiency with excellent communication and expression skills. - Strong ability to develop new customers and markets, with successful cases preferred. - Strong pressure resistance and ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment. - Strong self-motivation, result-oriented, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
