The Opportunity This role sits within the Greenhouse Collective and is dedicated to shaping the food creative direction for our Fresh Ideas assets. As the Food Director, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end food vision across print, digital, social, and in-store channels, ensuring every piece of content is crafted to the highest standard and aligned to the Woolworths brand. You will lead the development of recipes that support our channel strategies, guiding how Woolworths food is visually represented through compelling, high-quality storytelling. Working closely with internal creative, editorial, and production teams, as well as external partners, you’ll bring a cohesive and inspiring food identity to life across all customer touchpoints. What you'll do Ensure all recipes align with our high quality standards of food representation across channels Drive food best practice by understanding and sharing trends and best-in-market activity Contribute to the strategic approach, based on the customer insights, for Fresh Ideas Magazine and owned social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Pinterest Lead food styling team on shoots to ensure quality of content Prep and lead the preparation of food content for all of our Fresh Ideas channels Host Woolworths Food Videos as required. What you'll bring 5 years of experience in recipe development Understanding of food content production and quality control Ability to liaise with horizontal stakeholders Ability to manage the planning and production of multichannel content Several years of experience in cooking, prepping and styling food content and recipe creation Experience on camera and food script writing is also desirable.
