(pro rata for part-time appointment) plus superannuation - Employment Type: 3x continuing, part time position (30 hrs per week, Monday to Friday) - Excellent conditions including free gym, additional leave plus other benefits - Not for profit organisation THE ROLE We are excited to introduce the role of Enrolment and Accounts Officer at three of our Early Learning Centres and programs at Macquarie University. These are continuing, part-time positions (30 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Each Officer will be based at one of our Early Learning Centres - Banksia Cottage, Gumnut Cottage or Waratah Cottage and will work collaboratively with the Centre Manager and the Early Learning Administration and Management team. Please note, this role does not involve working directly with children. All centres are conveniently located on campus and within walking distance. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient enrolment processes and accurate accounts management for families attending our centres. You will maintain compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.
