Description Execute day-to-day purchasing activities to agreed service levels Raise and manage purchase orders in line with policies and approvals Engage with suppliers to confirm pricing, delivery and availability Negotiate pricing and standard terms for non-contracted purchases Support vendor management and maintain effective supplier relationships Work closely with internal stakeholders across maintenance, warehousing and finance Ensure compliance with purchasing processes, governance and data integrity Run reports, identify issues and support continuous improvement initiatives Profile The successful candidate will have: 1-3 years' experience in a purchasing or procurement role Experience working in mining, resources or industrial environments preferred Exposure to vendor management, pricing discussions and standard T&Cs Strong communication skills and ability to engage with internal stakeholders High attention to detail with a focus on compliance and data accuracy Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment Proactive, team-oriented and keen to develop a career in procurement Experience using SAP Job Offer Competitive hourly rate ranging from $50 to $60 per hour.
