What You’ll Do Build and lead a high-performing team to meet service levels and deliver exceptional outcomes. Champion continuous improvement and best practices across processes and systems. Manage workflows, coach team members, and foster a culture of engagement and accountability. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and mitigate operational risk. Represent MUFG Retirement Solutions in client meetings and deliver insightful reporting. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in people leadership and managing complaints within superannuation or financial services (desirable). Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Ability to lead through change and ambiguity with a “can-do” attitude. Excellent communication and presentation skills. RG146 or ASFA qualifications (or willingness to obtain) highly regarded.
