In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the secure handling, loading, and unloading of general freight—ranging from palletised goods to oversized items. Your expertise in load restraint techniques will be key to ensuring our freight moves safely and efficiently. If you're experienced with ratchet straps, chains, and binders—and take pride in a job well done—we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts of varying capacities (2.5T, 7T, and 16T) to handle freight of all shapes and sizes Secure freight in line with national load restraint guidelines using appropriate tools Accurately scan and track freight through all stages—receiving, staging, loading, and unloading Prepare outbound freight to ensure it’s packed and secured for safe delivery Collaborate with team members and follow directions from supervisors to meet daily targets Skills and Experience Valid Forklift Licence (LF) Strong experience handling oversize and irregular freight Skilled in load restraint using ratchet straps, chains, and binders Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused Scanning experience is highly regarded Why Work With Us?
