We now have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Instructional Designer to join our Grid Solutions Program team on a full-time basis for 15 months. Reporting to the Team Lead Training, you will be instrumental in creating high-quality online training and eLearning content to support the rollout of new operational software as part of our transformation program. Reporting to the Training Lead, you will translate complex system functionality into clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences tailored for varied audiences. Key Responsibilities Design and develop engaging eLearning modules, online training resources, user guides, and instructor-led content for operational software and business processes. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content aligns with organisational readiness and transformation objectives, and is audience-focused. Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of digital training and build feedback into improving the learning experience. Tailor content for technical, process, and customer-facing roles across large-scale programs. Provide hands-on support, operating at both strategic and detailed levels, with a pragmatic and can-do attitude. Your Background Strong experience in instructional design, specifically developing quality online training and eLearning content for software or technical systems. Demonstrated ability to translate complex system functionality into clear learning outcomes and practical online materials. Comfortable working across diverse audiences and large training scopes. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with the training team and business stakeholders. Passionate about driving change, user adoption, and continuous improvement in learning experiences.
