About The Opportunity Join Bundaberg Regional Council as a HR Business Support Officer and help keep our People, Safety & Culture team running smoothly with efficient, customer-focused HR support. This 12-month temporary role offers hands-on HR experience and the chance to work alongside a professional, supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and system support across the branch, assist with recruitment activities, maintain accurate employee records, and contribute to a range of HR projects and employee-focused events. It’s a practical opportunity to build your HR capability while making a genuine contribution to the services that support our people and our community. About You We’re looking for someone who: Has strong administrative experience with attention to detail and excellent time management. Demonstrates outstanding customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Is proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. Experienced in preparing high-quality documentation, reports, and correspondence.
