Reporting to the Client Success Executive, the Bids & Tenders Manager will oversee bids and tenders for the Audit and Advisory division across Australia & New Zealand. You'll drive winning strategies, manage key relationships, and enjoy true work-life balance. This is a permanent, full-time position, with the flexibility to be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane for the right candidate. Your role, your contribution! Drive Improvement: Refine and enhance the bidding process, ensuring alignment with the Firm’s GTM strategy and implementing best practices for impactful proposals. Craft Winning Proposals: Create clear, persuasive proposals that showcase our strengths across audit, tax, advisory, and more, transforming complex info into client-centric narratives. Enhance & Innovate : Develop processes, templates, and bid resources, contributing to marketing collateral and the firm’s overall strategy. Build Relationships : Collaborate with stakeholders to create sector-specific content, working closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities and fine-tune strategy. Oversee the Bid Lifecycle : Manage the end-to-end bid process from opportunity evaluation to writing, reviewing, and submitting proposals, ensuring each bid is a strategic tool for success. What you bring to the role: Proven track record in bid writing and management, preferably in professional services. Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to create compelling, client-focused content. Leadership experience with a deep understanding of the bidding process and the ability to develop winning strategies. Skilled in relationship building, working with stakeholders to meet their needs and build long-term connections. Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality.
