Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain printing equipment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements Monitor product quality and maintain GMP standards Achieve productivity and waste reduction targets Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and printer trials Record production data and assist with root cause investigations Collaborate with team members and uphold company values Operate other production machinery as required Skills & Experience Essential: Previous experience in a printing environment (any process) Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices Desirable: Experience in full process printing or high-end consumer packaging for FMCG Willingness to learn and develop skills in flexographic printing What’s in it for you?
