About the role We’re establishing a new in‑house paid media function and building a best‑practice operation across search, social, video and programmatic media platforms. As our Paid Media & Ad Operations Specialist, you’ll be the hands‑on operator for campaign build, trafficking, QA and optimisation across Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint. You’ll work under the guidance of the Performance Marketing Manager, so you’re not flying solo; strategy and leadership sit with the PMM while you drive day‑to‑day platform performance. What you’ll deliver • Identify and execute optimisations that improve ROAS across channels, with clear before‑and‑after impact. • Use audience, bidding and creative adjustments to reduce CPA while preserving volume and quality. • Design simple experiments (creative, audience, placement, landing page) and publish results with recommended next steps. • Partner with content and web teams to improve landing page experience, tracking accuracy and funnel conversion. • Keep campaigns on plan, flag risks early, and reallocate budgets to higher‑performing segments. • Translate data into concise narratives for stakeholders, highlighting what changed, why it mattered, and what you will do next. What you’ll work on day to day • Build and QA campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other platforms. • Monitor delivery and implement optimisations, then communicate impact and rationale. • Maintain clean tracking across GTM, GA4, pixels and offline conversions. • Manage audience libraries, suppression rules and CRM/Braze syncs. • Contribute to media planning documents so timelines, budgets and details stay accurate. • Assist with offline media coordination when required and help document better ways of working.
