We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Relieving Care Coordinator team as a Care Coordinator (relieving) on a permanent full-time basis. This role will see you work across all of our metropolitan and regional residential aged care homes in a relieving capacity as and when required, to cover Annual/Personal leave as well as to offer additional assistance to site teams as required. It is essential to have a driver's licence, and a motor vehicle is provided as part of salary packaging. A little more about the role: Working collaboratively with the Manager Residential Services at our residential homes, you will provide high quality clinical care. Working in consultation with residents and their families to provide high quality resident centred care. Delivering professional standards of contemporary best practice nursing and care services at your allocated residential aged care home Ensuring effective and collaborative working arrangements with multidisciplinary teams Providing leadership to the nursing staff and personal care assistants Essential Criteria: Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff to achieve organisational goals Previous leadership experience as a Registered Nurse Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively Able to recognise clinical risk and implement effective strategies Strong organisational and time management skills You have an understanding of the ageing process and a commitment to caring for older people Current Driving License and ability to travel across all sites is essential (including Port Elliot, Murray Bridge and Mount Gambier).
