The Role This is a hands-on, front-line role and the face of Waterline Tanks. You'll own inbound enquiries, convert opportunities into sales, and progressively build strong technical knowledge across our products and systems. This is not an administrative or passive order-taking role — your work directly impacts sales outcomes. The Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and website enquiries Qualify customer needs and guide conversations toward practical solutions Convert enquiries into orders through disciplined follow-up Prepare residential and commercial quotes Build technical knowledge across tanks, plumbing principles, and system applications Own and maintain a clean, active inbound pipeline in Pipedrive Work closely with the Sales Manager and Relationship Manager What We're Looking For Confident phone manner with clear, professional communication Genuine motivation to sell and follow up opportunities Strong customer-first mindset Willingness to learn technical products and applications Organised, proactive, and comfortable using a CRM * Experience in inbound sales, trade sales, or quoting environments (highly regarded) Why Waterline Tanks?
