THE ROLE The Delivery Lead, Maintenance Delivery Modernization is responsible for driving Homes Victoria's maintenance outcomes. Responsible for a diverse range of projects to improve renter experience and improve the operational delivery model to improve maintenance quality. This role will suit an experienced Business Improvement Manager who has been involved in large-scale service delivery transformation solutions in government or facilities sectors; enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, creating a high performing program, and is focussed on delivery of great outcomes. You will enjoy collaborating with others in a program team and across many disciplines to deliver outcomes. You will be confident in managing competing demands and priorities and have strong interpersonal and written communication skills. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Engage with the Maintenance Modernisation Team and the Asset Management Branch to develop a comprehensive understanding of maintenance issues impacting the department's clients. Lead critical activities that improve the ways of working and renter experience through the maintenance lifecycle. Lead detailed reviews of the current maintenance operating practices resulting in recommendations for improvement. Manage and evaluate pilot projects to test new ways of working before implementation state-wide. Facilitate the design and delivery of process and procedure improvements to support the other programme streams.
