Description As a Distribution Centre Support (Picker), you will be an essential part of our Distribution Centre Support, ensuring the accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatching of goods across our national network. Your efforts directly support the delivery of vital products to Outback Stores located in some of Australia's most remote regions. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack products accurately according to store orders Prepare goods for shipment and ensure proper labelling and packaging Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory management Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Skills And Experiences Desired Qualifications • Hold (or able to obtain) Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate • Current Forklift operations licence • Current unrestricted driver’s license. Expertise • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail to prevent errors in orders. • Good verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors. • Flexibility to adapt to changing retail environment. • Previous experience in dealing with Indigenous people (highly regarded but not essential).
