Description About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Risk, Safety & Quality Coordinator to join our dynamic HR, Risk, Safety & Quality team. This pivotal role provides dedicated support to both the Risk & Safety Manager and the Quality Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of key organisational priorities, processes and improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative and technical capability combined with hands-on experience in OHS, Risk, Safety and/or Quality-related environments. You will apply your excellent prioritisation, communication and teamwork skills to help drive compliance, enhance safety culture, and support continuous quality improvement. Key Responsibilities: Provide coordination and administrative support across all Risk, Safety & Quality functions Support the development, review and implementation of policies, procedures and quality documentation Coordinate and support the Internal Audit Program Coordinate training, meetings, safety initiatives and improvement activities Assist with WorkCover, incident reporting, risk assessments and safety management system maintenance Maintain data accuracy across risk, safety and quality management systems Prepare reports, dashboards and documentation as required Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to promote consistent and effective practices Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused and safety-conscious team culture. Skills And Experiences About You : We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in FMCG or similarly fast-paced, high-risk operational settings. You will thrive in this role if you are highly organised, adaptable and enjoy working collaboratively.
