The Opportunity: Join the Front Office team at Crystalbrook Riley and play a critical role in ensuring the hotel runs smoothly overnight. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for balancing guest service with accurate financial and audit processes, ensuring the transition from one business day to the next is completed seamlessly. Working independently overnight, you will welcome and assist guests, manage late arrivals and departures, respond to guest enquiries, and oversee the safety, presentation and security of the hotel. You will complete nightly audit procedures in line with established finance guidelines, ensuring all transactions are reconciled accurately and reports are distributed on time. This role suits someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised and confident working autonomously, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail. The Talent: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Night Auditor who understands the importance of guest service, accuracy and professionalism during overnight operations. Previous experience in a hotel front office or night audit role is preferred, however candidates with strong numerical skills and a genuine interest in hotel operations are encouraged to apply. You are comfortable working overnight shifts, enjoy responsibility, and take pride in ensuring systems, processes and guest experiences are handled with care.
