About The Role As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead and actively deliver Electrolux’s Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the ANZ Commercial Area. This is a hands-on execution focused role where you’ll not only provide professional expertise, sound judgement and strategic guidance, but also personally drive and implement improvements that transform business operations, challenge the status quo, and deliver measurable results. Working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, you will lead end-to-end process improvement projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring impactful outcomes and strong alignment with business objectives. You will coach and influence teams at all levels to build capability and embed continuous improvement methodologies, while being directly involved in diagnosing problems, analysing data, mapping processes and executing solutions alongside the teams. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a practical and hands-on approach to problem solving, and a passion for delivering tangible business results. What You’ll Do Your day starts with reviewing progress on key CI projects across the ANZ Commercial Area, by engaging directly with teams to understand challenges, review data and identify improvement opportunities in real time. You’ll work side by side with colleagues to refine project scopes, address challenges, and identify new opportunities for process optimisation. You’ll facilitate and actively participate in improvement workshops, ensuring ideas are not only generated but implemented and tested. You’ll track follow-up actions and personally drive the completion of deliverables, ensuring improvements stick and value is sustained. Regular updates to the Executive Team, including performance tracking and post-implementation reviews, will ensure visibility and accountability. Throughout the day, you’ll coach and support team leaders, while also getting directly involved in the work to build internal capability and momentum. You’ll be a visible advocate for continuous improvement, promoting collaboration, innovation, and a culture of ownership and results. Influential collaborator: Experienced in leading and engaging cross-functional teams without formal authority. Coach and mentor: Proven ability to coach and develop employees at all levels of a large organisation. Experience & Skillset Proven ability to lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives Expertise in analysing cross-functional processes, identifying inefficiencies, and applying data-driven methodologies to reduce waste and enhance productivity. Ability to embed Lean and Six Sigma principles into daily operations, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of operational excellence. Performance monitoring and stakeholder reporting Qualifications & Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred) Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen method, DMAIC preferred Degree Qualification: Holds a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or Economics (or equivalent) Why work for Electrolux?
