The Role This is a permanent part-time position at Lefroy Care Centre, Bull Creek working 28.85 hours per fortnight. Please view the below roster. Week 1: Thursday: 15:00-22:15 Friday: 15:00-22:15 Week 2: Wednesday: 07:00-15:15 Thursday: 15:00-22:15 Please note, you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered. Key responsibilities Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessments Safely administer medication to residents Falls management and prevention Complete documentation for residents ensuring accurate care planning and relevant supporting documents Supervise the delivery of care plans on a daily basis Providing ongoing coaching, mentoring to the care staff Comply with Occupational Health and Safety in accordance with Aged Care Standards and Risk Management Essential Criteria Current AHPRA Registration Evidence of Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity) NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain) Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks Knowledge of the resident classification scale, accreditation and continuous improvement Willingness to attend 2 days paid induction at our Rivervale Training Institute How to apply If you are interested in this role and meet the essential criteria, please click the "apply now" button.
