Description About the Role As a Customer Field Officer, you’ll be responsible for delivering letters and testing meters across residential and commercial sites, while collecting accurate data and providing great customer service. You’ll be out in the field most days, managing your own schedule and ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
