Our opportunity The Accounts Payable Officer is a key member of our Finance team, playing an essential role in the smooth and efficient operation of our Accounts Payable function. In this position, you’ll take ownership of our corporate card and expense management processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and support for employees across the business. You will be responsible for: Overseeing the corporate card program. Managing day‑to‑day operations within the Concur expense management system, reviewing and processing expense reports Acting as the central point of contact for card limit changes, extensions, and troubleshooting requests Liaising directly with the bank to resolve card-related matters and maintain seamless program operations Ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of credit card transactions and expense reports, identifying discrepancies and upholding compliance standards What will set you apart from the rest? We’re looking for someone proactive, confident, and detail‑focused who enjoys working as part of a team. You’ll shine in this role if you have: Experience in accounts payable, expense management, or financial operations Familiarity with Concur or similar expense management systems A solid understanding of corporate card processes and policy compliance Strong communication skills for supporting staff and working with the bank Excellent attention to detail and a practical approach to problem‑solving About us Scentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
