The Opportunity We’re seeking a Cyber Vulnerability Governance Lead to drive vulnerability governance initiatives across the AUSPAC division. This pivotal role ensures proactive remediation of vulnerabilities, fosters strong stakeholder relationships, and champions integrity and transparency in threat and risk management. Your new role Lead the development, execution, and assurance of an effective Cyber Vulnerability Governance practice. Build collaborative relationships with technical services and business stakeholders to ensure timely vulnerability remediation. Contribute to delivering a robust cyber and information security capability across QBE. Act with integrity and transparency in identifying threats and risks. Ensure consistent application of vulnerability management processes in the AUSPAC region. Promote cyber and information security awareness through coaching, engagement, and education. Track compliance and security benefits to demonstrate impact and mitigation success. Support continuous improvement in data loss prevention and governance processes. About you Proven experience in information security teams with strong understanding of vulnerability management processes Solid knowledge of cyber security practices, policies, and standards, including risk and threat identification Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively across teams Ability to act with integrity and transparency while driving fast-paced, agile behaviours in a team setting Demonstrated capability to manage vulnerabilities and support compliance with security standards Preferred: Familiarity with tools such as Qualys and ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Benefits We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
