You will be site-based at a premium asset with a supportive team, where you will coordinate maintenance activities that include a mix of hands-on work and contractor management. Key Responsibilities: Using the asset management system to log, triage, and action maintenance tasks Assigning external contractors when specialist trades are required Proactively identifying issues before they become requests, ensuring a safe and supportive environment Managing the site induction of subcontractors performing maintenance Raising and completing events in the asset management system as required Hands-on maintenance work, including: General building and grounds maintenance Minor repairs and upkeep (painting, plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry) Supporting site improvement projects Moving furniture, equipment, and general site upkeep About You: We are looking for a hands-on, trade-qualified Maintenance Officer or an aspiring supervisor who is productive, reliable, and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive and comfortable with utilising technology to assist in a planned preventative approach. You will enjoy delivering a first-class service, with excellent communication and relationship skills and be committed to fostering a positive team culture with a clear pathway to a supervisory role. Other skillsets include: Proven experience in general maintenance OR trade-qualified and looking to expand into maintenance Comfortable handling a variety of trades tasks Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent relationship management skills and a positive approach to building team culture and working with stakeholders.
