A rapidly growing, innovative food manufacturer is seeking a driven Sales Representative to support continued expansion across independent sectors within Brisbane North. Position Overview The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, and fostering strong customer partnerships within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-focused sales professional with experience in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, distribution, and growth targets. Maintain and grow relationships with existing retail, distributor, and foodservice accounts. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory. Conduct regular account visits to ensure product availability, merchandising compliance, and promotional execution. Present new products, promotions, and programs to buyers and key decision-makers. Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive activity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and ensure operational alignment. Represent the organisation at trade shows, demos, and industry events as needed. Qualifications 2 years of sales experience, within the food, beverage, or CPG sectors. Strong understanding of retail and/or foodservice sales environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
