This role is an integral part of our small Batching & Blending team that is directly responsible for mixing, measuring blending and manufacturing batches of chemical products and aids in accordance with formulas and Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) for the manufacturing of cleaning car care products. Key Responsibilities: As a Production Operator(Batcher/Blender), you will: Operate and monitor blending and batching equipment for efficient production Conduct quality checks and ensure product specifications are met Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime Follow safety and operational procedures at all times Assist with inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace Comfortable working with and handling of chemicals, within a dangerous goods environment Role Responsibilities: Batch Maker / Compounder / Manufacturing Operator / Blender. Accurately measure and weigh liquids and ingredients following specific formulas and operating procedures to produce product batches as directed. Learn and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as part of daily work. Document all work performed according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Clean and sanitise all necessary manufacturing equipment as required. Conduct compounding tests and record results as required. Examples of tests include pH, temperature, and particle analysis. Follow strict batch records and safe processing methods Comply with company-mandated health, safety and quality procedures, including wearing company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including face respirators, where necessary. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a Batching / Blending position within a production or manufacturing environment (essential). Only applicants with Blending and Batching experience will be considered.
