The Role A flagship venue within this highly regarded Brisbane hospitality group is on the lookout for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. This role is key to supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading the operation, maintaining the venue's strong reputation, and delivering the level of service their clientele expects. The successful candidate will represent the business in the absence of senior management and support them in the day-to-day operations of the venue. You will lead the team by example, ensuring smooth and efficient service while upholding the company's high standards in customer experience, food quality, and team development. Your professionalism and strong customer service skills will inspire those around you, helping to deliver memorable dining experiences for every guest. Skills and Experience The successful candidate will possess, but not be limited to, the following attributes: Relevant Qualifications in Hospitality (RSA / RMLV) & exposure/knowledge of Italian cuisine Experience in Modern Dining and use of P.O.S & Booking systems Proven experience in supervising high-volume indoor/outdoor venues Dynamic, energetic, and hands-on leadership style while being warm and inviting Strong communication skills and ability to work and train teams to succeed Ability to supervise staff and ensure a positive working environment and culture Benefits and Culture Full-time Salaried role with a competitive salary of $75K to $80K Super (based on experience) Fun and professional team to work with TIPS - Good tips shared within the team Future growth potential within the company CBD Location and close to public transport Are you looking to take the next step in your career and be part of a management team?
