About the organisation: This leading independent school is based in the Sydney Eastern suburbs. They are looking for their next Administrator who will report directly into the Director of Studies. This role supports the High School teaching and learning function and plays a key role in academic administration, reporting and wellbeing coordination. This is a contract position until the end of 2026. Key Responsibilities: Oversee curriculum reporting and compliance, including NESA Schools Online requirements. Prepare and submit academic documentation accurately and on time. Manage the academic calendar, including assessments, reporting timelines, and HSC/NESA deadlines. Coordinate student reporting, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Coordinate parent and stakeholder engagement, including meetings, communications, and information platforms. Support exam coordination and academic data management. Support student wellbeing initiatives and events in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Skill and Experience: Experience with TASS would be highly regarded Strong working knowledge of NESA Schools Online Exposure to NSW School of Languages and NAPLAN advantageous Intermediate to advanced Excel skills High attention to detail and confidence working with data and systems Valid Working with Children’s Check Previous experience working in a school or the Education Sector Benefits: Conveniently located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs location Work within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
