About the role: Join an experienced developer as a trusted consultant on two major long-term land projects (spanning up to 8 years). You will review progress, advise on the DA process, consult on potential future issues and guide the team through planning, lodgement and stakeholder engagement. This is a tight, technical consulting remit focused purely on large-scale land subdivisions.
