Lizard Centre, a leader in early intervention services, is seeking an experienced Therapy Supervisor to join our dedicated team in Sydney. We specialise in delivering high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) programs for children with developmental delays and autism spectrum disorder. As a Therapy Supervisor, you will oversee therapy programs, support families, and lead a team of therapists to deliver life-changing outcomes for children. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage therapy programs tailored to individual client needs. Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to therapy staff. Conduct regular assessments, progress reviews, and program updates. Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to support client development. Ensure therapy delivery aligns with best practice standards and Lizard Centre’s values. Contribute to staff development, program innovation, and service quality improvement. Qualifications & Skills Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or related discipline. Previous experience in ABA therapy, early intervention, or disability support (supervisory experience highly desirable). Strong leadership, mentoring, and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
